Shipping Method:

Domestic Destinations

Domestic shipping within the continental United States, Puerto Rico and Hawaii we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail on all domestic orders.

We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. Billing addresses may contain a P.O. box. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

International Destinations

We ship to the following international destinations via USPS First Class Mail International or DHL: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom

All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and these charges are not included in the item price. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

Required Signature:

When checking out, you will have the option for Signature delivery. If signature delivery is waived, we will not be responsible for your order once tracking shows delivered.

Address Change

If you need to change an address, please contact us and we will do everything we can to modify your order. However once a tracking number has been created, we are unable to make any changes.

Our jewelry is handcrafted in Sterling Silver. A solid heavy layer of 24k gold is coated on top. We do not use nickel on our jewelry so it is safe for people with metal allergies. Our heavy gold plating will last longer than regular flash plating. Exercising, showering and everyday use may cause the jewelry to lose its luster within a few months. However, it can always be re-plated.

*Store jewelry in an anti-tarnish bag.

*Remove before applying lotions, hand sanitizers, perfumes and before entering a pool or hot tub. Chlorine or salt water can damage your gold platedl jewelry.

*To clean, gently buff with a soft cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or a silver polishing cloth on gold plated jewelry as this can remove the gold finish.

We are happy to offer a full refund for JillMelyssa.com purchases returned within 30 days of their purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. After item is received, please allow up to 1 week for processing. 

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment. Cash purchases will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased and it is subject to their return policy. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from JillMelyssa.com

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs are final sale. Due to the donations we make to our charitable partner, our Freedom Tower earrings are final sale.
