Shipping & Tracking
Jill Melyssa Fine Jewelry designs are handcrafted and made to order. We ask that you allow 2-3 weeks to create your pieces and ship your order. If you need to meet a certain (specific) deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us at info@JillMelyssa.com
Domestic shipping within the continental United States, Puerto Rico and Hawaii we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail on all domestic orders.
We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. Billing addresses may contain a P.O. box. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.
We ship to the following international destinations via USPS First Class Mail International or DHL: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom
All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and these charges are not included in the item price. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.
When checking out, you will have the option for Signature delivery. If signature delivery is waived, we will not be responsible for your order once tracking shows delivered.
If you need to change an address, please contact us and we will do everything we can to modify your order. However once a tracking number has been created, we are unable to make any changes.
