Jill Melyssa Fine Jewelry designs are handcrafted and made to order. We ask that you allow 2-3 weeks to create your pieces and ship your order. If you need to meet a certain (specific) deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us.

SHIPPING METHOD

Domestic Destinations

Domestic shipping within the continental United States, Puerto Rico and Hawaii we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail on all domestic orders.

We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. Billing addresses may contain a P.O. box. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

International Destinations

We ship to the following international destinations via USPS First Class Mail International or DHL: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom

All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and these charges are not included in the item price. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

Tracking

We will not be responsible for your order once tracking shows delivered.

Address Change

If you need to change an address, please contact us and we will do everything we can to modify your order. However once a tracking number has been created, we are unable to make any changes.

Our jewelry is handcrafted in non tarnish Sterling Silver, brass or a solid heavy layer of 24k gold is coated on top. We do not use nickel on our jewelry so it is safe for people with metal allergies. Exercising, showering and everyday use may cause the jewelry to lose its luster. Use a jewelry cloth to remove any tarnish and gently buff.

*Store jewelry in an anti-tarnish bag.

*Remove before applying lotions, hand sanitizers, perfumes and before entering a pool or hot tub. Chlorine or salt water can damage your jewelry.

*To clean, gently buff with a soft cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or a silver polishing cloth on gold plated jewelry as this can remove the gold finish if your piece is gold plated.

Jewelry is nonrefundable unless it arrives damaged. Please contact us with any issues. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

At Jill Melyssa, we want you to feel confident in your purchases. All sales are final, and we do not facilitate returns or issue refunds. Taking your time to select the perfect piece from our collection is encouraged.

In specific cases, exchanges may be accommodated. All pieces are carefully inspected and packaged prior to being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item due to craftmanship or shipping mishandling, kindly email us immediately to arrange an exchange. Please ensure the item remains unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging to facilitate a smooth exchange process. It's important to note that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions are not met. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

For items purchased through our retail partners, any return or exchange requests should be directed to the original retailer where the item was purchased. Any returns or exchanges will be subject to their individual return policies.
